Exhibit Registration Fees

  • Single Booth       $1,095
  • Double Booth    $2,500

REGISTER TO EXHIBIT

Total payment of the exhibit booth fees must be paid prior to the program date and cannot be processed without the individual Convention attendee registration form for at least one person responsible for the booth. Exhibitors will be provided with a standard 10' x 10' or 10’ x 20’ exhibit booth to include back wall & side wall draping, one 6’x 30” skirted table, two chairs, and a booth identification sign. 

Note: Booth assignment will be on a first received, first paid, best selection basis.

Showcase Cancellation Policies

If NAHAD’s 2021 Annual Meeting & Convention needs to be postponed or canceled for any COVID-related regulation or reason, all exhibitors will be refunded in full, regardless of the date of the announced postponement or cancellation.

In order to obtain a refund for showcase fees, written notice of cancellation is required to be received at the NAHAD office by the dates noted below:

  • Cancellation by 1/15/2021            Full Refund
  • Cancellation after 1/15/2021       $700 fee
