Interlynx is excited to share a recent update made to their Quote Management System. When you go to your reporting suite, you’ll see the Quotations tab, to access the Quote Management Service.
When you open this tab, it will default to the new “Quote Detail” view. This view shows a list of every single quote, including the supplier, relevant dates, quote number and amount, to whom it is assigned in your organization, how long it took to view, whether it was posted, how long it took to post, and the current status.
You’ll also notice red highlighted fields, which indicate quotes that either haven’t been responded to or are still open and require a future update. From this report, you can click directly to update the quote status, giving you a simplified view to manage everything efficiently.
If a quote is still open, you’ll get automatic reminders. You can also update any open quote manually if there are final details pending.
Across the top, you will see filters for territory, quote status, probability, supplier, and more. Helping you create a customized view.
This is a multi-level report, so everyone from management to distributor sales reps can easily view and manage quotes in one place.
