Precision Hose & Expansion Joints is proud to announce the expansion of our manufacturing capabilities with the addition of in-house flare-thru PTFE hose assemblies. Through a strategic partnership with PTFEFlex, Precision has implemented advanced PTFE flaring processes across our HC and SC convoluted PTFE hose product lines.
This new capability allows Precision to flare PTFE directly through the fitting, eliminating the need for separate sealing components while improving performance and reliability in demanding applications. By bringing flare-thru manufacturing in-house, Precision strengthens quality control, traceability, and lead times while expanding the range of custom-engineered PTFE hose solutions available to our customers.
Our HC and SC convoluted PTFE platforms are widely used in chemical processing, power generation, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other high-temperature and corrosive fluid handling environments. The addition of flare-through capability further enhances Precision’s ability to provide engineered, high-purity and high-performance hose assemblies tailored to critical applications.
