LEAD PROGRAM

NAHAD is pleased to announce LEAD, our new industry mentorship program. This program is designed to provide a format in which participants can learn, network with industry colleagues in an environment designed to improve industry knowledge and professional opportunities.

Strong leadership requires adaptability, self-awareness, and the ability to bring out the best in others. NAHAD’s Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Program equips emerging leaders with the tools to lead with confidence, flexibility, and impact.

Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and peer learning, you’ll gain practical strategies you can apply immediately in your role and build lasting leadership skills to carry you forward.
