NAHAD’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Convention will be held over the dates of April 12 – 15 in Tampa, ‎Florida. The hotel address is:‎

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM, and hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM.

The Tampa International Airport is the closest airport to the JW Marriott Water Street. It’s about 9 miles from the airport to the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:‎
‎Please contact the hotel directly regarding your hotel reservation. Cancellation of individual reservations shall be accepted by the hotel, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. For hotel reservation assistance, please contact Kristen Estile at 813-204-6363.

Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy:‎
To obtain a refund of your registration fees, the NAHAD office must receive written notification of ‎your cancellation request by the deadlines below.‎

  • Cancellations with a Full Refund: February 10, 2025
  • Cancellations with a Partial Refund: March 14, 2025
