Registration is now open for the 2026 NAHAD Meeting & Convention. This year’s program is chock full of unique programmatic offerings to drive business and accelerate learning. Take note of the registration rates and important deadlines below. We cannot wait to see you May 16-19 in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Early Bird Rate
Deadline: March 13, 2026
Regular Rate
Deadline: April 24, 2026
Late Online Registration
Deadline: May 8, 2026

Guests are considered spouses/children/or others who are traveling with you and might attend receptions and guest programs, but would not be attending the actual conference sessions, showcase, etc. Please do not use a guest registration for employees/team members that plan to attend the full conference.
All registration and annual membership balances must be paid prior to attending the convention. Renew your membership here.
Cancellation Information
To obtain a refund of your registration fees, the NAHAD office must receive written notification of your cancellation request by the deadlines below.
Cancellations with a Full Refund: By March 9th, 2026
Cancellations with a Partial Refund: Between March 9th – April 3rd, 2026 with 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with No Refund: After April 6th, 2026
Registration Information
NAHAD Companion Registration
This category is designed to be an economical way for your spouse, close friend, mother-in-law, or adult child to attend all convention activities. Registered companions or guests are welcome and encouraged to participate in NAHAD activities. The companion fee is carefully calculated to cover the direct costs of meals and materials. In addition to the Guest Program, companions are welcome to attend any of the General Session presentations. To attend NAHAD functions, a companion must be registered and pay the companion fee to receive a badge and gain admission to NAHAD activities, events, and meals.
Children (under age 18)
There is no charge for registered children in attendance at the meeting. Please indicate in the registration form the names and ages of your children who are under 18.
NAHAD Value Partner Registration
This category is designed to cover NAHAD Value Partners, members of the trade press, and invited industry guests such as members of the Hose Safety Institute Advisory Council or other industry officials.
Admittance to convention activities will be by badge only. Non-registered attendees and companions will not receive a badge. NAHAD-organized recreational activities are only open to registered attendees.
