Packages
Premier Package: $12,500
Two opportunities available; your branding will be prominent throughout the Conference.
- Annual Meeting and Convention Dailies – your logo linked to your website is included in daily emails sent to each attendee during the Conference
- Know Before You Go Email – your logo linked to your website is included in the email sent to attendees prior to the conference
- Sponsorship of the Opening Reception or the Closing Party (first-come first-choice) includes custom specialty drink, branded napkins, your company logo on signage and recognition on the Convention schedule on the Convention Mobile App, on NAHAD’s Convention web page, and marketing materials
- Video interview taken onsite with a member of your organization, giving you the opportunity to discuss your latest products and news. The video will be posted day-of-filming on NAHAD’s social media channels and a copy of the video file will be sent to you with full permission to edit and use in your marketing materials.

Partner Package: $8,500
Four opportunities available
- Introduce your company when you welcome one of the speakers to the stage or submit a one-minute commercial to be shown at the beginning of the session (choice of speaker is first-come first-served). This package includes your company logo on signage at the event and recognition on the NAHAD Convention schedule in the Convention Mobile App, on the Convention webpage, and in marketing materials
- Video interview taken onsite with a member of your organization, giving you the opportunity to discuss your latest products and news. The video will be posted day-of-filming on NAHAD’s social media channels and a copy of the video file will be sent to you with full permissions to edit and use in your own marketing materials.

A-LA-CARTE AND ADD-ON OPTIONS

- Hotel Keycard – $6,500 (1 available) – Your company’s logo/artwork on every attendee’s hotel room key at the JW Marriott Indianapolis.
- Tote Bags – $6,500 (1 available) – Your company logo on the reusable tote bags given to each attendee
- Lanyards – $4,500 (1 available) – Your company name or tagline printed on the name badge lanyard worn by attendees during the convention.
- Convention Mobile App – $4,750 (1 available) – Sponsor this item and when attendees access the App or receive app announcements, they will see your logo front and center. Includes a linked banner ad in the email invitation to attendees and one push notification.
- Branded Reusable Coffee Cups – $5,500 (1 available) – Put your brand in the hands of every attendee. Sustainable, reusable coffee cups feature your logo front and center, offering continuous visibility throughout the conference. A meaningful, eco-friendly impression they’ll take with them.
- Pens – $4,500 (1 available) – Your company’s logo will be on all pens during the conference, a fantastic way to show off your company because everybody needs a pen and will grab yours.
- Breakfast – $4,750 (1 available) – Your logo on signage at the event and acknowledgment in the conference schedule on NAHAD’s webpage and in the mobile app.
- Hospitality – $4,000 (1 available) – Sponsor the refreshments and snacks available to attendees as they arrive at NAHAD’s Registration Desk on Sunday Morning, or the Monday morning Grab & Go. Includes your logo on signage at the station and acknowledgment in the conference schedule on NAHAD’s webpage and in the mobile app.
