On January 22, NAHAD distributors received an invitation to participate in NAHAD’s 2024 Cross-Industry Employee Compensation and Benefits Survey. This bi-annual survey provides an analysis of management and employee pay scales, employee benefits, and sales policies. The results of the survey are especially valuable for executives to help determine executive and employee compensation for many staff positions as well as the scope of overall benefits.
