How do I make my hotel reservation?

NAHAD has secured a discounted room block at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Be sure to make your hotel reservation at the group rate of $312 (plus applicable taxes and hotel fees) by the cut-off date of April 4, 2024.

What time is check-in/check-out at the hotel?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am local time.

Into what airport should I fly?

The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport to the Marriott Marquis. It’s about a 3 mile/10 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

I can no longer attend. How do I cancel my hotel reservation and conference registration?

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Individual Hotel Cancellation: 72 hours prior to check-in date

Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy:

To obtain a refund of your registration fees, the NAHAD office must receive written notification of your cancellation request by the deadlines below.

  • Cancellations with a Full Refund: February 29, 2024
  • Cancellations with a Partial Refund: March 31, 2024
