How do I register for the event?

Attendee registration opens on December 12, 2022! To register for the 2023 Annual Meeting & Convention, please visit our Attendee Registration webpage.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

NAHAD has secured a discounted room block at Atlantis Paradise Island. Be sure to make your hotel reservation at the group rate of $285 (plus applicable taxes and hotel fees) by the cut-off date of March 24, 2023.

What is included with my hotel reservation?

Room includes: wi-fi in guest rooms, access to the fitness center for 2 guests per day, two bottles of water daily, in-room coffee and tea, unlimited local phone calls, access to the Atlantis Movie Theatre, casino lessons, resort shuttle service

What time is check-in/check-out at the hotel?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am local time.

Into what airport should I fly?

Airport to fly into is the Lynden Pindling International Airport and it’s about 12 miles from the hotel

I can no longer attend. How do I cancel my hotel reservation and conference registration?

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Individual Hotel Cancellation: 72 hours prior to check-in date

Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy:

To obtain a refund of your registration fees, the NAHAD office must receive written notification of your cancellation request by the deadlines below.

  • Cancellations with a Full Refund: February 28, 2023
  • Cancellations with a Partial Refund: March 31, 2023
