The use of PFAS has now become a major focus for regulatory authorities worldwide with the EU, EPA, and individual States proposing and passing legislative and regulatory restrictions placing limits on all uses of more than 10,000 per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

The use of PFAS is so widespread that it is becoming increasingly important to that our members “be in the know”.  Actions being taken against the so-called “forever chemicals” could present some real challenges within our industry.
